Protect your wardrobe with our comprehensive insurance and warranty coverage, ensuring peace of mind for a full year. This plan provides financial security and hassle-free repairs or replacements in the event of covered damages.

This insurance and warranty coverage applies exclusively to wardrobes manufactured by our company, Sliding Door Wardrobes LTD, and does not cover third-party or custom-made wardrobes from other suppliers.

Coverage Includes:

✔️ Broken doors: full repair or replacement of damaged or detached wardrobe doors.

✔️ Broken glass: coverage for shattered or cracked glass components.

✔️ Mechanical failures: hinges, locks, sliding mechanisms, and structural breakdowns.

✔️ Damage due to accidents: protection against accidental impacts that impair functionality.

✔️ Full replacement in case of total loss: If repair is not feasible, a replacement will be arranged.

Exclusions (Not Covered):

Water damage: any damage caused by leaks, flooding, humidity, or moisture exposure.

Intentional damage

Modifications or unauthorized repairs: Any alterations affecting the structural integrity of the wardrobe.

Cosmetic issues: scratches, dents, or surface discoloration that do not impact functionality.

Pest infestations: any damage caused by termites, rodents, or insects.

Theft or burglary: Loss or damage resulting from theft is not covered.

 

Subscription & Payment Terms

  • This insurance and warranty plan operates on a subscription basis with an annual renewal requirement.
  • Cost: €49 per year.
  • Payments are automatically deducted from your registered payment method each year through our payment provider, Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account settings.

Important Notice About Cancellations:

  • If you cancel your subscription, you will permanently lose your insurance and warranty benefits.
  • Re-enrollment will not be possible after cancellation.
  • Once canceled, your wardrobe will no longer be covered, and no claims will be accepted under this policy.

Coverage Period:

  • The insurance and warranty coverage is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • To maintain continuous protection, you must renew the policy annually.

• You will receive a renewal notification 30 days before the next billing cycle as a reminder.

If the automatic payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired card details), your subscription will be automatically canceled, and your insurance coverage will be terminated.

Once canceled, re-enrollment will not be possible, and your warranty and insurance protection will be permanently lost.
